Born in Southern France and trained in classical French pastry, Audrey brings her passion for authentic French desserts to Toronto. After years of working in renowned kitchens across France, she decided to focus on perfecting a single dessert: the timeless crème brûlée.
“I believe in the beauty of simplicity. A perfect crème brûlée is about balance – the contrast between the cool, silky custard and the warm, crackling caramelized sugar. It’s this moment of pure pleasure that I want to share with Toronto.”
